Dawn Fuss is anything but "fussy." Quite the contrary, this dynamic 37 year old is like champagne; effervescent, bubbly and overflowing with energy. You want to keep talking to her just because you find yourself becoming energized and smiling throughout the entire conversation- even if it is by phone.

But life wasn't always so cheery for Dawn, who resides in Dillsburg with her 16 year old son, Justin. A history peppered with physical, sexual and emotional abuse led to bouts of depression, anxiety that left Dawn feeling lost and "going through the motions" without emotion. "It makes you numb-and you put up walls seemingly unable to penetrate." she says.

One day while browsing the community bulletin board there, Dawn discovered the piece of literature that would change her life. "I saw Sharon's brochure and it just spoke to me- the colors, the words- Living at YES- it resonated with me!" I knew I had to take action, so I picked up the phone and I called." Dawn began meeting with Sharon for individual coaching sessions. Over the years she became part of the Living at Yes Community by joining classes, workshops and coaching groups. She became a Certified Spiritual Coach by taking classes with Sharon through the Coaching Academy of North America. I thought "This woman "gets me" like no one else has ever gotten me before. I knew then that Sharon would be an invaluable teacher and Coach."

"I thank God/Universe/Spirit that Sharon helped me reframe my beliefs to expect only the best and it became life changing for me! Amazingly, as I expected the best, great and wonder-filled things have been created in my life and I have learned to visualize my best life - even when life tosses me a left curve!"

And the left curve came in the form of two cancer diagnoses. Armed with the spiritual tools she had learned from Sharon's teachings, Dawn was ready to reframe this "road block." "With my first cancer diagnosis, I loved how Sharon would say "no, you don't HAVE cancer, don't own it, you have been given a diagnosis". This was life changing (and saving) and along with healing this diagnosis. Sharon has helped me in all ways with balance, and focus, and I believe these were keys to healing both of these diagnoses! I am now cancer free!" She has inspired me to reshape my thinking, thus literally reshaping, and recreating my life (and now my body is reshaping as well!). This approach to realigning, virtually changing every aspect of my life has been ab-SOUL- utely invaluable. I am loving the journey of creating a new mold!"

Dawn's life has literally transformed itself on both a personal and professional level. She enjoys time with her son and has a wonderful new partner to share her life with, and she has also become a Certified Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Cranio-Sacral and Shiatsu Massage therapist and a Theta Healer and Angel Alignment practitioner. "Paradise Gardens" is her holistic healing practice where she practices and teaches Holistic life coaching, angel readings, psychometric, aura work, animal medicine, metaphysical dream interpretation.

When asked what is the greatest gift or life lesson she's learned since coaching with Sharon, Dawn sums it up in two words-"Life FLOWS!"
